Brian and Madison, both hailing from neighboring towns, had grown up a mere 20 minutes apart. Yet, their paths had never crossed until fate intervened during their college years.Will You Marry Me?After five remarkable years together, Brian and Madison decided to embark on a new adventure—the purchase of their first home. With hearts brimming with excitement, they ventured into the world of real estate, searching for a place that would become the foundation of their dreams. When they finally found the perfect abode, they knew it was meant to be.On closing day on March 11, 2022, as they stood on the front porch of their new home—the culmination of their hard work and shared dreams—Brian dropped to one knee, a ring in his hand, and said, “Madison, will you marry me?” Overwhelmed with joy and tears streaming down her face, she joyously accepted in true Madison fashion by saying “Well, duh,” sealing their commitment to a lifetime of love and happiness.Details of the Day“Our wedding on August 30 felt like a destiny written in the stars,” Madison explains. “My husband’s parents were married the last weekend of August, and my parents celebrated their wedding on Labor Day weekend. When those dates aligned, it seemed only fitting that we honor both families by choosing this meaningful time for our own special day.”“Brian and I met at TCNJ, where our shared love for European culture became the foundation of our bond,” Madison says. “That passion inspired so much of our wedding, making it uniquely ours. We wove traditions from both sides of our heritage—the Polish bread and salt tradition symbolizing prosperity and the Italian almonds representing wishes for happiness and health.” Every detail held special significance and was a collection of memories from the couple’s travels together: Madison’s Jimmy Choos were a treasure from London, her Chanel perfume a keepsake from Paris, their rosary beads blessed at the Vatican, and her handmade veil lovingly crafted during a trip to Poland. “Each piece told a story, creating a wedding steeped in tradition and personal meaning,” she adds.“We wanted every moment to feel special and timeless,” Madison explains. “My father and I shared a choreographed dance, a nod to the countless hours we spent dancing together over the years. We also had a live sketch artist to capture the magic of the day, ensuring our guests left with memories they could hold onto forever. Our wedding was more than a celebration—it was a tapestry of love, family and the incredible adventure that brought us to this day.”First Dance“Our first dance to ‘Life With You,’ by Kelsey Hart was a perfect reflection of our journey and the future we’re building together,” Madison explains.Why Did You Choose the Park Savoy Estate?“I chose The Park Savoy as my wedding venue because it was everything I dreamed of and more,” Madison says. “Walking into the space felt like stepping onto a Hollywood set—elegant, timeless and straight out of a classic film. Its old-school Italian charm transported me to another era, blending warmth and sophistication perfectly. And the food? Absolute perfection, a feast that promised to leave every guest in awe. What more could you ask for in a venue that brings your dream wedding to life?”Favorite MomentMadison’s favorite moment of the wedding was walking down the aisle. “I had dreamed of this moment for so long—the anticipation, the doors opening and seeing everyone I love there to witness this incredible day,” she says. “It truly felt like a dream come to life. We decided to go the old-school route with no first look, and I’m so glad we did. The buildup made that moment so much more special, filled with raw emotion. Seeing my husband at the end of the aisle, the man who swore he wouldn’t cry, with tears in his eyes was something I’ll never forget. It was a moment of pure love and joy, and I wouldn’t have changed a single thing about it.”Favorite Detail“My favorite vendor, hands down, was our deejay from Eclipse Events,” Madison explains. “We gave them the most eclectic playlist—everything from 2000s college hits to Polish and Spanish music—and they blended it seamlessly. They truly understood the vibe we wanted and kept the energy high all night. The dance floor was packed from start to finish, and it felt like a party we never wanted to end.”To make their event even more special, the couple added a saxophonist and drummer, and it elevated the experience to a whole new level. “It felt like a live concert, with everyone dancing, laughing and having the best time,” Madison adds. “Eclipse Events absolutely nailed it, and they made our wedding unforgettable!”Advice for Others“My advice for anyone planning their wedding is to enjoy the little moments—the random hugs, the laughter, seeing people let loose on the dance floor,” Madison says. “Those are the memories that truly stay with you. Don’t sweat the small stuff because, in the end, it’s those organic, unplanned moments that make your day feel uniquely yours. Let your wedding reflect who you are as a couple, and trust that it will be perfect in its own way. It really is the best day of your life, and soaking in every second is what makes it so magical.”HoneymoonFor their honeymoon, Madison and Brian wanted to continue their love for traveling to Europe, so they planned an unforgettable adventure. “We started in Lake Como, where we explored stunning villas and soaked in the beauty of the Italian lakes,” Madison explains. “From there, we headed to Greece, visiting Mykonos, Santorini, Ios and Athens.”Some of the highlights included a cooking class where they learned to make authentic Greek dishes, a magical sunset sail in Santorini, and wine tours that showcased the incredible flavors of the region. “Each experience was so unique and the perfect way to start our life together,” Madison says.“In Ios, we stayed at a brand-new resort called Calilo, and it was pure paradise,” Madison adds. “The private beach and impeccable service made it feel like our own little slice of heaven. It was everything we could have dreamed of for our honeymoon—a blend of adventure, relaxation and romance!”The TeamPhotography | Dyanna LaMoraVenue | The Park Savoy Estate, Florham Park, NJFloral Design | Crest Florist, Morris PlainsVideography | Folded Crane FilmsHair | @michelleeliseartistryMakeup | @abeautybyamandaEntertainment | Eclipse Events, Edison, NJContent Creator | @weddingsunveiledcoPhoto Booth | Eggstra Events by E & G, Trenton, NJWedding Gown | Martina Liana Bridal at Hearts for Your Bridal, Manalapan, NJBridesmaid Dresses | Bella Bridesmaids, Freehold, NJGroom & Groomsmen | Chazmatazz, Toms River, NJSignage | Kendall Storcella of @kendallscricutcreationsRolls-Royce | DJ’s Limousine Service, MountainsideLive Artist | Ninety One CreationsInvitations | Bespoke Bride Shoppe on Etsy"},{"@context":"https://schema.org/","@type":"BreadcrumbList
@type":"ListItem
